The ORA-00600 error is an internal error generated in the Oracle Database software that is not captured by another error trap.

Oracle provide special tools to assist in the diagnosis:

The current preference is to upload the relevant trace file and alert log to the standalone ORA-00600 troubleshooting tool. See My Oracle Support document 153788.1 for more information on how to use this tool. This will give a personalized solution for your error.

You could also use the ORA-600/ORA-7445/ORA-700 Error Look-up To0l if you only have the error and no logs to upload. Here you need to enter the error code, first argument from the error and Oracle Database version. For example:
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [6122], [0], [4], [0], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []

In this case, the ORA-00600 [6122] represents a logically corrupt block.
