BAS Technologies will deliver the services in a timely and professional manner on dates agreed with the customer.
The services delivered by BAS Technologies are provided either as a remote service or on a customer site. In all circumstances the customer is responsible for providing suitable access for BAS Technologies to carry out their duties.
BAS Technologies staff will deliver the service from BAS Technologies authorised laptops or PC’s. If the customer requires BAS Technologies staff to use customer owned equipment then the customer is responsible for providing and administering the equipment and software.
